Plans and what each limit means

Plans and what each limit means: compare tiers by prompts, projects, competitors, monitoring frequency and refreshes.

What a plan controls

Your plan sets how much you can track and how often, not the quality of the measurement. The main limits are:

  • Companies and projects: how many brands and working spaces you can manage. Individual plans cover one brand; manager plans cover several.
  • Prompts per project: how large a prompt set each project can hold. Higher tiers include more.
  • Tracked competitors: how many competitors you can follow. Higher tiers track more.
  • Competitor scans: how many times per month LumaRank can find competitors for you automatically. Paid plans include a set number; the competitor exploration add-on adds deeper scans (see Tracking competitors).
  • Monitoring frequency: how often scheduled scans run. The free plan runs a weekly scan; paid plans run daily monitoring. Scheduled monitoring is included and never uses a refresh; the cadence you set is what determines how often it runs.
  • Updated results: paid plans keep your results current using live web search, so a newer brand is measured accurately. The free plan uses a static snapshot instead (see How your results stay current).
  • Monthly refreshes: your allowance for manual runs that pull fresh answers between scheduled scans (see Refreshes and how runs are billed).

The same measurement for everyone

Every paid plan is measured the same way, with the same assistants and the same live-search accuracy. Tiers differ by volume, frequency and coverage, never by how good the data is.

Choosing a plan

  • Individuals tracking one brand usually want an individual plan.
  • Agencies and teams managing several brands need a manager plan.
  • Higher tiers raise the limits and add daily monitoring.
