Upgrading, downgrading and checkout
Upgrading, downgrading and checkout: how to change your plan, upgrade or downgrade, and what happens at checkout.
Changing your plan
Open the Plans page and pick the plan you want.
Upgrading
Paid plans are activated through secure checkout. Your new plan and its higher limits take effect once payment is confirmed. Until then, you may see a reminder to finish checkout.
Downgrading
Individuals can switch back to the free plan at any time from the same page. If you're on a manager plan with several companies, make sure your usage fits the lower plan's limits before downgrading.
Buying refreshes instead
If you just need more manual runs this month and not a bigger plan, you can buy a top-up refresh pack from the Plans page (available on paid plans). Purchased refreshes do not reset at month end. See Buying more refreshes.
What happens to your data on a downgrade
Nothing is deleted. If a project has more prompts or competitors than your new plan allows, they are kept: you simply cannot add new ones beyond the new limit until you have room. Schedules over the new plan's limit are paused, and any schedule set more often than the new plan allows is dialled back to its fastest allowed cadence.
After you switch
- Your new limits apply right away once the change is active.
- The Plans page always reflects your current plan and usage.
Enterprise needs are handled through sales, and the Plans page points you there when relevant.
