When to buy refreshes

Your plan includes a monthly refresh allowance that resets on the 1st. If you run low before then, for example after a burst of manual runs, you can buy a top-up refresh pack instead of waiting for the reset or moving to a bigger plan.

Remember that scheduled monitoring is included and does not use refreshes, so you only need a top-up if you want to keep running manual refreshes now.

Top-ups are available on paid plans. On the free plan the button steers you to upgrade instead, since a paid plan is what unlocks up-to-date results (see How your results stay current).

How it works

1. Open the Plans page. Under your usage you will find the refresh packs.
2. Pick a pack and complete secure checkout. Refreshes are only added by our server after payment is verified.
3. When you return, your new balance is shown on the Plans page.

How purchased refreshes behave

• They are added on top of your monthly allowance.
• They do not reset at month end, so anything you do not use stays available.
• Manual runs draw on your monthly allowance first, then on purchased refreshes.
