Usage and the monthly reset: track your refreshes, see how many you have left, and know when your allowance resets.
Tracking what you've used
The Plans page shows your usage against your limits: companies, projects, and especially your refreshes this month. It also shows any purchased refreshes you have on top of the monthly allowance.
How the monthly allowance works
- Refreshes are an account-wide allowance shared across all your companies and projects.
- The allowance resets at the start of each month (UTC); unused refreshes do not carry over.
- Purchased top-up refreshes are separate: they do not reset at month end.
- Scheduled monitoring is included with your plan and does not draw on this allowance.
Running low
- The sidebar shows a badge when your refreshes run low.
- Refresh now on your project Home tells you when you are out and points you to buy more or upgrade.
- Your scheduled monitoring keeps running even when you are out of refreshes.
- You can wait for the monthly reset, buy a top-up pack, or move to a plan with a bigger allowance (see Plans and what each limit means).
