Signing in and creating an account
How to sign in to LumaRank with Google or an email and password, create an account, confirm your email, and fix a confirmation email that never arrives.
Two ways in
You can sign in with Google or with an email and password. Both reach the same account, so use whichever you signed up with.
If you created your account with Google and later try a password, there won't be one to enter. Use the Google button instead.
Signing in with Google
Click Continue with Google and pick the account you want. You'll come straight back to LumaRank, already signed in. Nothing else to fill in.
Signing in with email
Enter the address you signed up with and your password, then click Sign in. If the password isn't coming to you, see Reset your password.
Creating an account
Creating an account takes an email and a password, or one click with Google. You don't need a card, and you don't choose a plan yet: that comes on the next screen, once you can see what each one includes.
After that you'll answer two short questions (who the account is for, and which plan), see a quick intro, and land in the app ready to add your first brand.
Confirming your email
If you signed up with an email and password, we send you a confirmation link. Click it and you're in.
The link works on any device, so it's fine to open it on your phone even if you signed up on a laptop.
The email hasn't arrived
Give it a minute first, then:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Make sure the address you typed is the one you meant.
- Use Resend the email on the confirmation screen.
If it still doesn't turn up, your email provider may be blocking it. Try signing up with Google instead, or get in touch.
Joining from an invitation
If someone invited you to their company, open the link in that email and sign in or create your account from there. You won't be asked to pick a plan: your seat is covered by the company that invited you.
If you sign in before opening the invitation, no harm done. Open the link afterwards and accept it then. See Team and collaboration.
Staying signed in
You'll stay signed in on the same browser until you sign out. If you use LumaRank on a shared computer, sign out from the menu under your name.
