White-label reports

White-label reports: put your own logo, color and name on every PDF report you share with clients, in place of ours.

What white-label reports are

Every PDF report you generate carries a brand header, a footer, and a colored cover. With white-label reports, those show your logo, brand color, and company name instead of LumaRank's, so the report reads as a deliverable from your own brand or agency. It applies to every report type: the Executive summary, Action plan, Competitive analysis, AI sources, the Full report, and the Progress and Prompts reports. See Downloadable reports for what each one contains.

Chart colors inside the report stay as-is so the data stays easy to read.

Who has it

  • Manager Pro and above include white-label reports.
  • On any other paid plan you can add it as the white-label add-on from the Plans page.
  • On the free plan, white-label is not available. Upgrade or add it on a paid plan first.

Setting up your branding

  1. Open Settings and go to the Branding tab.
  2. Upload your logo (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to about 256KB).
  3. Pick your brand color. It is used for the report cover.
  4. Enter your company name. It appears in the report header and footer.
  5. Use the live preview to see how the header and cover will look, then Save.

You can change any of these at any time. Each field is optional: if you leave one blank, that part falls back to the LumaRank default, so you can set just a name, just a logo, or all three.

Generating a branded report

Once your branding is saved, just download any report as usual. The branding is applied automatically. There is no separate "branded" export.

If you buy the add-on and later remove it, or move to a plan without white-label, your reports go back to the default LumaRank branding. Your saved branding is kept, so it comes back if you re-enable the feature.
