Downloadable reports
LumaRank turns any scan or project into a polished PDF you can hand to a client or a stakeholder. There are two levels: reports about a single scan, and project-wide reports that pull together everything across a project's scans.
You download them from the Download report menu.
Reports for a single scan
Open a completed scan and use Download report in the top-right:
- Full report: everything LumaRank found, in one document.
- Executive summary: a single page for people who just want the headline. It shows your AI Visibility and SEO scores (with the change since your last scan), a one-line takeaway, four key numbers, and your top three fixes.
- Action plan: every recommendation as a prioritized roadmap, grouped into quick wins, momentum, and big bets, with the expected impact and effort of each.
- Competitive analysis: how you stack up against competitors. Share of voice in AI answers, where you stand by AI engine, off-site presence, branded search, and SEO.
- AI sources: which sites the AI pulls from when it answers about you, split into earned (third-party) and owned (your own site), plus a leaderboard of the domains worth getting mentioned on.
Reports for a whole project
From a project's home page or its Trends view, the Download report menu offers project-wide versions. These aggregate across all of the project's scans and show the trend over time:
- Executive summary with the AI Visibility trend.
- Competitive analysis with share of voice over time.
- AI sources across every cited domain.
- Action plan from the most recent scan.
- The Progress and Prompts reports.
On the Trends view, the project reports follow the date range you have selected.
Which one to send
- For a busy stakeholder: Executive summary.
- For whoever does the work: Action plan.
- To show how you compare to rivals: Competitive analysis.
- To plan where to earn mentions: AI sources.
If you have white-label enabled, every report carries your own logo, color, and name. See White-label reports.
