Restoring or deleting forever

Restoring or deleting forever: bring an item back from the trash, or remove it permanently before the window ends.

Restoring an item

Open the Trash from the sidebar, find the company or project, and choose Restore. It returns to your normal views with its data intact, exactly as it was.

Deleting forever

If you're sure you won't need something back, choose Delete forever to remove it before the 30-day window ends. Because this is permanent, you'll be asked to type the name (or "company"/"project") to confirm.

A few notes

  • Restoring a project brings back its prompts, scans and history.
  • Some guardrails still apply. For example, you can't delete a base project, and you must keep at least one active company.
