Your email digest

Your email digest: a recap email of how all your brands are doing, across every company and project you track.

Your email digest

The email digest is a recap of how your brands are doing, delivered to your inbox so you don't have to open the app to stay on top of things. You get one email that covers every company you own and the projects inside them.

What's in it

For each project, the digest highlights:

  • Visibility: your AI visibility score and how it moved since last time, plus mention rate and where you rank.
  • What changed: the prompts that moved the most, up or down.
  • Presence and competitors: your share of voice across places like Reddit, Wikipedia and web search, and a heads-up when a competitor pulls ahead.
  • Recommended actions: the top things to work on next.

Companies are shown as separate sections, so a single email gives you the full picture across everything you manage.

Turning it on

Open Settings > Notifications and switch on the Email digest (a paid feature). Then choose:

  • Frequency: Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
  • Day and time: for a weekly digest, pick the day of the week; every option lets you pick the hour. Times are shown in your local timezone.

By default the digest is weekly, sent on Friday. A monthly digest arrives on the last day of each month.

Quiet periods

If none of your projects ran a scan during the period, you still get a short note with your latest known visibility and a reminder to run one. That way the digest keeps you in the loop even in slower weeks.

Preview it

Use Send test digest to email yourself the current version right away, so you can see exactly what it looks like before your next scheduled one. If you haven't run any scans yet, there's nothing to summarize, so run a scan on a project first.

Scheduled scan alerts

The Notifications settings also list your scheduled scans. Expand any one to choose which emails it sends: when a scan completes with a notable change, when your visibility drops, when a competitor pulls ahead, or when a run fails.

Unsubscribing

Every digest and alert email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. From a digest it turns the digest off; from a scheduled-scan alert it stops that schedule's alert emails (the scan itself keeps running). You can change any of this any time in Settings > Notifications.
