The presence sources on your dashboard

The presence sources on your dashboard: what each source, from Reddit to Wikipedia, tells you about your reach.

The sources we check

Your presence is measured across a few different kinds of places, each shown as its own row on the dashboard:

  • Reddit: whether your brand comes up in community discussion, a strong signal of real-world word of mouth.
  • Wikipedia: whether there's an article or mentions, a marker of recognized notability.
  • Web: how prominently your brand appears across general web results, compared to competitors.
  • Open web: whether your domain (and competitors') appear in the broad pool of public web pages.

Reading a source

For each one you'll see how often your brand appears and your share of voice versus competitors. A source where competitors dominate is a clear gap to work on.

If a source looks empty

Some sources may not always have data for every brand, which is normal, especially for newer or niche brands. Focus on the sources where there's a meaningful gap between you and your competitors.
