Editing, regenerating and deleting prompts
Edit, regenerate and delete prompts: refine your prompt set so scans ask AI assistants exactly the right questions.
Managing your prompt set
Open Prompts for a project to see every prompt, grouped by category. From here you can shape the set so scans ask exactly the right questions.
- Add a prompt and pick its category.
- Edit the wording or change a prompt's category.
- Regenerate to get fresh AI suggestions when you want new ideas.
- Delete prompts you no longer need, one at a time from its row.
- Delete several at once: click Select, tick the prompts you want (or Select all), then Delete. Handy for clearing out a batch quickly.
When changes take effect
Edits apply to your next scan. Past scans keep the prompts they ran with, so your history stays accurate. That's why a prompt's performance chart can show markers where its setup changed.
A few good habits
- Keep wording natural: phrase prompts the way a real buyer would ask.
- Don't over-stuff: a focused set is easier to read than hundreds of near-duplicates.
- Revisit your prompts whenever your positioning or competitors change.
